Exploring Spiritual Formation
Creative Path to Sacred Connection
Spiritual formation is the intentional, lifelong process of cultivating a deeper awareness and integration of God’s goodness, beauty, and truth.
As a spiritual director, this involves guiding individuals to recognize the holy moments in their daily experience and fostering connection with the God. Rather than directing your path, I listen deeply, helping you recognize the gentle nudging of the Spirit in your everyday experiences, challenges, and longings. I offer a compassionate presence as you explore questions of meaning, purpose, and connection.
One-on-one Sessions
Regular meetings for a discerned season with personalized guidance that may incorporate creative elements like sketching, collage, or visual meditation alongside traditional contemplative conversation and discernment. A safe, sacred space for individuals to explore their relationship with God through both verbal reflection and artistic expression.
Group Experiences
Blending artistic expression with contemplative practice. Guidance for small groups through seasonal or themed discernment sessions using creative prompts like poetry, simple painting or drawing alongside reflective questions. In a supportive space, the artistic process can unlock deeper insights and foster meaningful connection around faith and life.
The Living Mood Board
A Substack membership, with guided exploration of spiritual themes where participants receive regular reflective prompts, ideas for creative response, and space to gather and share in the journey as a community.
Let’s journey together.
Whether you are discerning a new path, seeking peace, or longing for a closer relationship with God, I would be honored to walk with you.

I received my training from Nuos Formation, which emphasized both the contemplative historic roots of spiritual direction ministry and more modern contributions from psychology. I am an active member of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association (ESDA). While my degree was in psychology, I have spent two decades in faith-based ministry. Throughout this work, I have learned to pay attention to the narrative of each person’s story, how that narrative has shaped their capacity for relationship with God, themselves, and others.
